Don't grow up so fast....

Sawyer 3 months, Quinn 30 months!

This is a little late... :)

January 11th Sawyer was 3 months and January 20th Quinn was 30 months!  That means Quinn is officially 2 1/2 years old and Sawyer is no longer considered a newborn.  Crazy!

Here are some pictures taken between the 11th and the 20th.

What beautiful babies the Lord has blessed me with...

Professional Newborn photoshoot from October

I just realized that I never posted these pictures.  These were taken at home about a week after Sawyer was born.  He was actually 9 days old.  It was a little crazy and stressful because instead of being sleepy and "poseable" he was awake and crying, probably because he didn't like having his warm clothes off.

Advent and Christmas 2013

"The whole weary world is drawing nearer now, coming close to rejoice."

On your feet now—applaud God! Bring a gift of laughter, sing yourselves into his presence. Know this: God is God, and God, God. He made us; we didn’t make him. We’re his people, his well-tended sheep. Enter with the password: “Thank you!” Make yourselves at home, talking praise. Thank him. Worship him. For God is sheer beauty, all-generous in love, loyal always and ever. (Psalm 100:1-5 MSG)

Advent, focusing our eyes and preparing our hearts for Jesus.

Christmas card address labels!

We enjoyed a nice, long Christmas in Springfield.  I was very sad to spend my first Christmas ever away from my family in St. Louis, but we had a good time in Springfield and we will be back in St. Louis next year.
