23 months . . . almost over!

You are almost 2!!  That is crazy!  Here is what we have been up to lately...

Swimming Ballerina

 More swimming with friends.

Happy Father's Day!

You love to get in the pool with your clothes on and take Baby Margaret swimming.

And feeding Baby Margaret blue berries

Mommy and Daddy buy a 26 unit apartment complex in KC, KS!

The morning that Mommy and Daddy closed on the apartment complex I took you to downtown Overland Park to walk around and go to this awesome olive oil and balsamic vinegar store called "The Tasteful Olive".  Then we had lunch at "Have a Good Day Cafe".  And it WAS a good day!  I had a wonderful morning with you my love.

Teaching Baby Bear how to use the potty.

My favorite photo, you saying hi to baby brother and giving him kisses.

You styling in some vintage clothing that Mommy and Aunt Chrissy wore in the 80s.

Mommy and Daddy take a 6 year anniversary trip to Rocheport, MO and stay in the Amber House Bed&Breakfast.  Grandpa Bill and Grandma Wendy stayed in KC with you.
We only stayed one night but it was enough time for us to get some time together and for me to miss you and be ready to come home. :)

That Sunday afternoon we got back and the zoo was having a members night so we went and got to ride camels and the Sky Sarfari (which you did not love) and eat ice cream!  It was a lot of fun since Daddy doesn't ever get to go to the zoo with us.

25 weeks!

Hello baby boy!

You have been kicking me like crazy, moving all around, esp. in the evenings.  I LOVE IT!!  I love to feel you, to think of you.  It's amazing and leaves me awestruck all over again.  Thank you God my Father for designing me as a women to grow and nurture a child in this miraculous way.  There are no words to describe, only immense joy for this experience that I am so very blessed to have.  Makes all the times of un-comfort well worth it.

We've been talking about your name.  I like Sawyer.  I'm pretty serious about it and there are no other front runners at this time (for me).  But of course that could change with there still being several months to go.  Daddy is not 100% about the name Sawyer, in fact I can't really even tell if he likes it or not because he won't talk to me about it seriously.  I guess he figures we still have plenty of time to be enlightened. :)  I think Sawyer is a cute boy name, kind of cool and outdoorsy, like Tom Sawyer.  Well, we will see...
